If the GeekBench listing is to be believed, the Xiaomi Riva will feature a 1.4 GHz quad-core Qualcomm SoC, which is coupled to a 3GB RAM. The smartphone will run on Android 7.1.2 Nougat and details related to other aspects of the phone are yet to be revealed by the manufacturer. The Xiaomi Riva has received a single-core score and multi-score score and this suggests that the Riva will be an entry level smartphone. The smartphone has scored 560 in single-core and 916 in multi-core benchmark tests.

The information is too scarce for now but, in the meanwhile, the Chinese manufacturer is focusing on launching its other smartphones in the current year. The latest among the upcoming smartphones might be the Redmi Pro 2. The smartphone is expected to boast a 3GB RAM, and also a 4GB RAM variant. The camera duties will be handled by a dual-camera setup with a 16-megapixel sensor. But, another report suggested that the Redmi Pro 2 will feature a 12-megapixel setup over 16-megapixel accompanied by a 5-megapixel camera. Though the manufacturer has not released any information about the launch, it is expected that the Redmi Pro 2 will enter the markets in July. Let’s see if Xiaomi brings its next smartphone this month or we have to wait a bit more.
