Today, though, there is some good news for Xiaomi fans. The company announced that it will start selling the Redmi Note 4 via pre-booking and offline retailer modes. The announcement does not affect the flash sales that Xiaomi organizes every week, though.
The Redmi Note 4 is available for pre-orders from large retail chains like Sangeetha, Lot, BigC, etc. between 14-17 March. The report also added that the phone will be available for offline purchase between 16-21 March across Chandigarh, Delhi and Jaipur. Furthermore, the Redmi Note 4 will be available for regular offline purchase starting on 18th March from popular retail chains like Sangeetha Mobiles, BigC, Lot Mobiles and Poorvika, and from 22nd March from other retailers in Chandigarh, Delhi and Jaipur. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 comes with a 5.5 inch full HD display, Android 6.0 Marshmallow, an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor and is powered by a massive 4100 mAh battery. Other features of the phone include a fingerprint sensor, dual SIM with 4G VoLTE support, Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS, Infrared and FM Radio. The Redmi Note 4 comes in three variants – 2GB + 32GB, 3GB + 32GB and 4GB + 64GB. However, the offline stores will only sell the 3GB + 32GB and 4GB + 64GB variants only. The offline prices will be Rs. 500 higher compared to the online prices. If you find this price hike steep, you can continue to try to purchase the phone in Xiaomi’s flash sales every week.
