Xiaomi‘s new accessory comes with a 6-axis sensor and 6 sports modes that can even track swimming data in real time. It also supports smart stroke recognition. The company also launched a Mi Band 4 Avengers edition with custom dials and matching wrist bands.

Mi Band 4 Features

The Mi Band 4 sports a 0.95-inch AMOLED (120 x 240 pixels) color touch screen display with 2.5D scratch-resistant glass. It is 39.9% bigger than Mi Band 3 so it can display more characters. It comes with 60 different color themes. The band weighs just 22.1g.

The color display shows time, steps, heart rate, activities, weather, notifications from apps, calls, etc. It also has a microphone for a voice assistant in the NFC Edition. It also comes with a heart rate sensor that offers Photoplethysmography (PPG) feature as well. The band comes with tri-axis accelerometer, tri-axis gyroscope, capacitive wear monitoring Sensor and thus it monitors your fitness activities. It also tracks your sleep and has a sedentary reminder as well. It supports 5ATM rating for 50 meters of water resistance. It packs a 135mAh Li-Ion polymer battery that offers up to 20 days of usage. It supports Bluetooth 5.0 LE and also has NFC support for Alipay in China.

Price, Availability

The Mi Band 4 is priced at 169 yuan (Rs. 1,695 approx.) and NFC Edition is priced at 229 yuan (Rs. 2,300 approx.). It will go on sale in China from June 16. The Mi Band 4 Avengers Limited Edition is priced at 349 yuan (Rs. 3500 approx.). The regular edition comes in Black, Brown, Blue, Orange, and Pink colors.
