Though Reliance Jio has withdrawn the Summer Surprise offer, it stated that people who recharged their numbers with Rs. 303 or above before official withdrawal will enjoy the offer benefits. If you have recharged your number with valid amount before official withdrawal and your current plan is still Jio Happy New Year offer like mine, follow below steps to cross check your plan.
The first thing to do would be to open the My Jio app and go to My Plans section. If the My Plans section shows Happy New Year offer, go back. Then, go to the menu and select My Statement. Then click on view. You don’t need to change the date. If you have recharged, the detailed description will show that you are Jio Prime member. Scroll down the page to view all your plans under ‘Plan Name’ drop-down list. You should see Summer Surprise offer along with the recharge amount adjacent to it. If you are still not able to see it, go to summary tab in your statement, and you should see your current plan under ‘Recharge Statement.’
