The Videocon Infinium Z40Q Star is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor that is coupled with a nifty 512 MB RAM and it runs on Android 4.4 KitKat operating system which is one of the recent variations of Android. The phone is a dual-SIM phone, housing a 4 inch display with a resolution of 480×800 (WVGA) pixels. The onboard storage is 4GB and it can be expanded upto 32GB via microSD card. On the photography end, the device features a 5 MP auto-focus rear camera and a 0.3 MP front camera. It is packed with a 1500 mAh battery and will be available in a variety of color options : Blue, White, Red etc.
Videocon Infinium Z50Q Star on the other hand is fitted with a 5 Inch FWVGA (480×854 pixels) IPS LCD display. It is powered by 1.2 GHz quad core processor with 1 GB RAM and 4 GB internal storage. Internal storage is further expandable by another 32 GB using MicroSD card support. There is a 5 MP rear camera and a VGA front camera for video recording as well. Other features include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPRS/ EDGE, GPS/ A-GPS, 3G, Android 4.4 KitKat and 2000 mAh battery. The pre-bundled apps V-Safe and V-Secure comes pretty handy. The V-Safe app has been specifically designed and developed keeping in mind the safety of children, women and elderly people in emergency situations. The V-Secure app on the other hand is an antivirus kind of app which protects the handset against malicious or malware apps that might potentially harm the device.
