From their Facebook page we got informed about the announcement that Umi X2 will be delivered with no further delay and there will be a small update in the hardware section of the Umi X2. The quad core MediaTek processor which was clocked at 1.2 GHz will be replaced by the same processor which will be clocked at 1.5 GHz (MediaTek MT6589T) and due to this upgrade the new name of the same smart phone will be Umi X2 Turbo.
No other changes will be done in the hardware section and the customers who have already made the payment will not have to wait any longer to receive their product. We will keep you updated with any other information related to this topic. This new addition of Umi X2 will be available from 15th May onwards in two variance, out of which on will be 16 GB model and the other one will be 32 GB model.
