You will have to initiate the return or replacement process

Within 10 days from delivery for damaged/defective itemsWithin 10 days from delivery in any other case, if you no longer need the item (Note : Mobile Phones cannot be returned under this condition)

Return and Replacement process

Go to the your orders page through the main drop down menu, as shown below

Click on return or replace itemsSelect the item you want to return and then choose a reason for returning the itemSelect the refund optionSelect pick up or self return option, then click on submitYou will see a refund successful message.Click Print all return labels to print the return documentation which has to be pasted on the return package.

(ii) Refunds for Seller Fulfilled Orders

Delivery charges refunds for seller fulfilled items : When you are returning an item that was damaged/defective due to an error on the seller’s part, the seller will refund the cost of the item as well as the delivery charges incurred. If you return an item because you no longer need it, the seller is required to refund only the item cost.Shipping charges refunds for seller fulfilled items : If you are returning an item that was damaged/defective due to an error on the seller’s part, you can request the seller to reimburse the return shipping charges you incurred. If you return an item because you no longer need it, the seller is not required to refund the return shipping costs.

(i) You can replace qualifying items through the Returns Support center. Follow the below procedure to replace an item :
