Camera and Internal Storage
The device sports a 3.2 MP primary camera at its rear that is clubbed with LED flash to capture good snaps even in low-light conditions. Also, there is a 2 MP front-facing selfie snapper that should suffice for decent video conferencing and for good looking self portrait shots. This basic camera set is acceptable considering the pricing of the handset and it will be suitable for first time smartphone users looking for entry-level devices. The device comes with an inbuilt storage of 4 GB, which is adequate for the price tag this Spice Stellar 451 3G is offered at. There is also a memory card slot that allows the users to expand the storage using a micro SD card by another 32 GB.

Display and Features

Price and Conclusion
The Spice Stellar 451 3G has been launched for a price of Rs 5,499. With this pricing and specifications, the Spice offering is one of the few quad-core smartphones based on the Android KitKat platform to cost as low as most of the others are dual-core handsets. However, being an entry-level smartphone the device lags behind in some aspects such as a better battery backup and low RAM capacity.
