The handset follows Sony design ethos and is 7.9 mm thick around the waist. Sony has included a phablet sized 5.5 Inch Full HD 1080p IPS LCD display, powered by Bravia Engine 2. The 1.7 GHz MT6752 octa core chip is aided by 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage. Media consumption shouldn’t be a problem as 128 GB MicroSD card support is included. Software is Android 5.0 Lollipop based Xperia UI. The 13 MP rear camera can record 1080p full HD videos and a 5 MP front camera, with Exmor R sensor and wide angle lens is also present to entice selfie lovers. A dedicated shutter key is also present to make life simpler. Rich set of connectivity options include 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and NFC. All hardware will be powered by 2600 mAh battery and like always, you could rely on Stamina mode to squeeze in a few extra hours. In India, Sony will most likely introduce the dual SIM variant, i.e., Xperia C4 Dual, for a yet unspecified price in the beginning of June 2015. Sony Xperia C4 will retail in black, white and mint color options.
