Galaxy S20 Ultra Full Specs
The Galaxy S20 Ultra sports a 6.9-inch Quad HD+ (3200 × 1440 pixels) Dynamic AMOLED 2X Infinity-O Display with HDR10+ support and 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone runs on Android 10 with OneUI 2.0.
The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 or Samsung Exynos 990 processor, depending on the region. It packs at least 12GB LPDDR5 RAM with 128GB UFS 3.0 storage. Its 5G version packs 16GB LPDDR5 RAM with 512GB storage. The storage is also expandable up to 1TB with microSD. The quad rear camera setup has a 108MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture, PDAF, OIS, a 48MP Telephoto lens with 24° FoV, PDAF, OIS, Hybrid Optic Zoom 10X, Super-Resolution Zoom up to 100X, a 12MP 120° Ultra Wide sensor and a Depth Vision camera. There is a 40MP front camera with an 80° wide-angle lens.

The device packs a 5000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support both on wired and wireless charging. It also supports the Wireless PowerShare feature. The phone sports stereo speakers tuned by AKG. Dimensions of the handset are 166.9 x 76.0 x 8.8mm and its weight is 220g. The handset comes in Cloud Gray and Cosmic Black colors.

The Galaxy S20 Ultra 4G version with 12GB +128GB configuration is priced at US$ 1,580 (Rs. 1,12,500 approx.). Its 5G version with 12GB +128GB model is priced at $1399.99 (Rs. 99,840 approx.) and 16GB + 512GB model costs $1499.99 (Rs. 1,06,975 approx.). The Galaxy S20 Ultra pre-orders will start from February 21 and it will go on sale from March 6.
