While the official launch of the smartphone is pending, the entrusted source – Mumbai based retailer Mahesh Telecom has revealed that the handset will be priced at Rs 7,999. It is also claimed that its MRP would be Rs 8,590. It is stated that the Galaxy S Duos 3 is the 3G variant of the Galaxy Ace 4 that went official in June. When it comes to specifications, the Galaxy S Duos 3 is not a great upgrade to its predecessor expect for the Android version as it will be running on v4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. Otherwise, it alleged it comes with a 4 inch display with WVGA screen resolution and employ a 1 GHz dual-core processor. The Galaxy S Duos 3 will pack a 5 MP primary camera paired with LED flash and VGA front-facer. Usual connectivity features such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 3G and dual SIM support and a 1,500 mAh battery will be included in the phone. While the other specifications of the handset are not revealed by the source, it is believed to feature 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of expandable internal storage capacity like the other Samsung smartphones launched in this segment. Like the recently launched entry-level and mid-range Samsung smartphones, this one will also support up to 14 Indian languages.
