The 5.6 Inch Super Amoled display has 1600 x 2560 pixels (including the folded edge) which make it the highest resolution display on smartphones so far (539 ppi). Samsung assures that accidental touches won’t be a problem. Besides adding durability, the curved surface brings some other advantages into play. When the phone is locked, the curved side can display time and notifications, when the display is on, you can use it as a ruler, timer, flash light, etc. With unlocked display, you can keep several shortcuts and other stuff on the folded edge as well. The most exciting feature should be the efficient multi tasking ability it lends to the device by allowing convenient switching between several screens.
Other hardware is similar to Note 4 with a 2.7 GHz Snapdragon 805 Quad Core humming inside, aided by Adreno 420 GPU, 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. There is a 16MP rear camera with LED Flash, OIS and Ultra HD video recording besides a 3.7MP front-facing camera, f/1.9 aperture, 120 degree wide angle lens. The 8.3 mm thick phablet houses a slightly smaller 3000 mAh battery as compared to Note 4.
