The Galaxy M20 is powered by Samsung’s 1.8GHz octa-core Exynos 7904 14nm processor with a Mali-G71 MP2 GPU. While the Realme U1 packs MediaTek’s latest Helio P70 12nm processor which is clocked at 2.1GHz and has a Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. Both the phones come with 3GB or 4GB RAM and 32GB or 64GB of storage.
