The Galaxy A50s comes with a 6.4-inch Full HD+(2340 x 1080 pixels) Infinity-U type Super AMOLED display. It also features an in-display fingerprint scanner just like A50. The phone runs on Android 9 Pie with OneUI on top.

Powering the device is the new Exynos 9611 10nm processor with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. It is further paired with up to 6GB RAM and packs 128GB storage which is expandable up to 512GB via micro SD card.
