Samsung has partially ended the rumors surrounding its Galaxy A lineup of smartphones with the launch of the and Galaxy A3. However, the Galaxy A7 is yet to go official and it is claimed to be the high end model of the trio. Though the aforementioned models have been announced, Samsung has not divulged the details regarding their pricing. Camera and Internal Storage
The Galaxy A3 boasts of an 8 MP primary camera onboard that is teamed up with LED Flash for better low light performance and FHD 1080p video recording abilities. The front facing 5 MP shooter is also suitable for good quality selfies. Internal storage is 16 GB as in the Galaxy A5 and it can be further expanded by another 64 GB using a micro SD card. On the whole, this capacity should suffice for the users to store all the necessary content.

The Galaxy A3 makes use of a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor as in its bigger kin, however the difference is that this processor is aided by 1 GB of RAM in the Galaxy A3 instead of 2 GB of RAM that is more efficient. This combination should be capable of rendering a moderate performance expected from a mid-ranger undoubtedly. Battery capacity is 1,900 mAh that appears to be too low for a mid-ranger, but the smartphone comes with the Ultra Power Saving Mode feature that can enhance the backup.

The Galaxy A3 comes fitted with a 4.5 inch qHD Super AMOLED display carrying a resolution of 960×540 pixels. We expect the panel to be more suitable for those who want no compromise on basic tasks such as watching videos, playing games and browsing internet among others. The Galaxy A3 is based on Android 4.4 Kitkat and comes with connectivity such as 4G LTE/ 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS.
