The new Redmi Note 8 sports a 6.39-inch Full HD+(2340 ×1080 pixels) 19:5:9 aspect ratio display with a 90% screen-to-body ratio. The display comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection as well as TÜV Rheinland eye protection certification.
The device is powered by Snapdragon 665 processor with Adreno 610 GPU, the same as Mi A3. It packs up to 6GB RAM with up to 128GB storage. The storage is expandable up to 256GB with microSD. The smartphone runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) with MIUI 10.
