Redmi K20 as POCO F2
This all started from a Reddit thread where some users were discussing the new Sony IMX 582 sensor on Redmi K20. From there, I got a link to a Tweet from Pocophone’s global head Alvin Tse. Talking about Sony IMX 582 sensor on Redmi K20, one user commented that Redmi Note 7 Pro has the Sony IMX 586. To which Alvin replied ‘This is triple camera’.

Redmi K20 Pro as POCO F2 Pro
But since the company introduced the POCO brand by offering the flagship level specs at affordable price. The first POCO phone came with Snapdragon 845 chipset. So, Redmi K20 Pro with Snapdragon 855 is also expected to be the POCO F2 or its some variant.
This year we have been seeing a new trend from smartphone companies to launch two or more models of their flagships. For example, Samsung launched Galaxy S10 series with three phones, OnePlus launched two phones, etc. So we expect Xiaomi will also follow the same trend. There could be two phones the flagship killer brand when it comes to India. So, the company may launch them as POCO F2 and POCO F2 Pro or Plus. Xiaomi or POCO India has not yet commented on the same. So, you should take these speculations with a pinch of salt.
