Design
The Realme 6i features a gradient design which is created by Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa who used spray painting process to build this new gradient. The device comes in White Milk and Green Tea colors. It features a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. Dimensions of the phone are 164.4 x 75.x 9.0mm and its weight is 195g.
Display
The handset sports a 6.5-inch HD+(1600 x 720 pixels) mini-drop display with 20:9 aspect ratio and with 89.8% screen-to-body ratio. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3+.
Helio G80 Processor
This is the first device that is powered by the latest MediaTek Helio G80 12nm processor that comes with 2x 2GHz Cortex-A75 CPUs & 6x 1.8GHz Cortex-A55 CPUs and ARM Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU. It is paired with up to 4GB LPDDR4x RAM and up to 128GB eMMC 5.1 storage. The storage is expandable up to 256GB with microSD.
Software & UI
The smartphone runs on realme UI which is based on Android 10.
48MP Quad Camera
The Realme 6i sports a quad camera setuo at the back that has a 48MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture, PDAF, an 8MP 119° ultra-wide sensor, a 2MP 4cm macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor. There is a 16MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture.
Connectivity
The device comes with dedicated dual SIM and microSD slots. Other Connectivity features include Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5, GPS/ GLONASS/ Beidou, 3.5mm audio jack, and USB Type-C.
Battery
The device packs a huge 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support and it also comes with reverse charging via USB Type-C.
Price, Availability
Realme 6i price starts at 2,49,990 Myanmar Kyat (Rs. 13,100 approx.) for the 3GB+64GB version and goes up to 2,99,990 Myanmar Kyat (Rs. 15,720 approx.) for the 4GB+128GB version. It will go on sale in Myanmar starting from March 29. The pre-orders in Myanmar will also get a free realme t-shirt and Bluetooth speaker. The phone is expected to launch in India very soon.
