Snapdragon 720G Specs
The new Snapdragon 720G is based on 8nm process technology. It comes with Kryo 465 Octa-core CPUs that are clocked at up to 2.3 GHz. It supports up to 8GB RAM, UFS 2.1 storage, and USB Type-C. The chipset has Adreno 618 GPU.
For imaging, it comes with Qualcomm Spectra 350L ISPs that support up to 32 MP single camera, 16MP dual camera. The chipset supports up to 4K Ultra HD playback as well as 4K video capture @ 30 FPS. The SoC supports up to FHD+ (2520 x 1080) display with up to 120 Hz refresh rate and HDR10. It also has support for true HDR10 gaming and Quick Charge 4 technology. It’s Snapdragon X15 LTE modem offers up to 800 Mbps DL and 150 Mbps UL speeds. The Snapdragon 662 is based on 11nm process technology. It comes with Kryo 260 Octa-core CPUs that are clocked at up to 2 GHz. The chipset has Adreno 610 GPU. It supports up to 8GB RAM and UFS 2.1 support. This is the first Wi-Fi 6-ready chip in the 6-series.
The chip comes with Spectra 340T ISP that supports up to 25 MP single camera and 16MP dual camera. It supports up to FHD+ (2520 x 1080) display at up to 90Hz refresh rate. For fast charging, it supports Quick Charge 3.0 technology. The Snapdragon X11 LTE modem offers up to 390 Mbps down and up to 150 Mbps uplink speeds.
