Passion P660 comes in a simple package with a 1 Ampere charger, USB cable and Documentation bundled inside. There were no headphones in our review unit.

Design, Build and Display
Among the recent wave of online exclusives, Passion P660 is the only phone which offers 5 Inch Full HD display. Out of the box, Passion P660 is as close as possible to a rectangular slab with matte finish back that folds to form top and bottom edges. The side edges and everything housed on them, including the rigged power key and volume rocker is metal.
Unibody Passion P660 is slim and light. The absence of curves also means that those sharp edges will dig in your palms when your grip it, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. We like the way Passion P660 feels in hand. Also missing is LED notification light and backlight for capacitive buttons. The 5 Inch IPS LCD display has great viewing angles and noticeable full HD crispiness, but again is somehow let down by the UI design. Colors are vibrant but not oversaturated.
Processor and RAM
The processor used is 64 bit Snapdragon 615 octa core with Adreno 305 GPU, which is now well known to have heating issues. These issues are overblown in our opinion, but we agree that it is something many users aren’t willing to let slide. The phone heated a bit in our initial testing. Maximum temperature we recorded was 39 degrees.
RAM capacity is 2 GB. We tried to play basic games like subway surfer and some heavier ones like Blood and Gory and everything worked very smoothly. Performance and UI navigation has been very smooth on Phicomm Passion P660 and you don’t have to worry about this particular aspect of the device.

Benchmark scores are similar to other Snapdragon 615 smartphones. The phone stumbles a bit in multi core performance. Passion P660 includes the following sensors.
Camera and Internal Storage
The camera performance on Passion P660 is slightly underwhelming. The rear camera takes good shots in natural lighting but if you are not perfectly still motion blur creeps in. In low light, picture quality deteriorates like it does on most other devices, and the shots appear slightly over exposed. The selfie camera performance is also average.
Internal storage is 16 GB out of which 13 GB is available at user end. It is a hybrid dual SIM device, which essentially means if you are willing to compromise on dual SIM feature, you can use one SIM card slot to insert MicroSD card slot. You can add up to 64 GB MicroSD storage. USB OTG is not supported on Phicomm Passion P660.

User Interface and Battery
Software is Android 4.4.4 KitKat based Expect UI. Default icons, wallpaper and aesthetics look very bland and are not in line with our taste. This isn’t something you need to worry about much as a simple third party launcher can fix most of this. We haven’t noticed any UI lag or performance issue on the device so far.
Feature set and customization options are also limited. There is an air gesture feature which lets you assign wave action over proximity sensor to unlock the device, push down notification shade and other basic functions. A pedometer to count your steps, distance traveled and calories burnt has also been baked in. The next big question is how much assault the modest 2300 mAh battery can handle considering there is an octa core chip ticking inside, pusing 1920 x 1080 pixels on the display? Antutu battery tester score is 2696 with auto brightness turned on, which isn’t much to brag about.

Conclusion
Phicomm Passion P660 has great specs and a decent design, but doesn’t feel like a premium phone. It is not a bad phone at all and tries hard to deliver on features like Slim and light design with hint of metal, octa core horse power and full HD display, which users demand these days, but tradeoffs are always involved in all budget smartphones. We would have liked a juicier battery on Passion P660.
