Talking about the specifications, the Panasonic GD21 features a 2.4 inch display with a screen resolution of 240×320 pixels and features a 1.3 MP primary snapper. The handset boasts connectivity aspects such as 2G, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP and GPRS and has 32 GB of RAM and expandable storage up to 16 GB. Also onboard is a 1,800 mAh battery to power the device and it arrives in Dark Grey, Light Grey and Silver color options. On the other hand, the Panasonic GD31 is fitted with a 2.8 inch touch screen display with a similar resolution of 240×320 pixels and employs a 2 MP main camera accompanied with LED flash at its back. The connectivity features remain the same as the GD21 and there is a weaker 1,100 mAh battery. The handset comes with a micro SD card slot supporting up to 32 GB of additional storage and arrives in Silver, Grey and Black color variants.

Both the devices support English and Hindi languages and have features such as LED Torch, Mobile Tracker, Blacklist and Security Inbox. In addition, the GD31 has Data Protection and Phonebook Backup aspects as well.
