Well, Panasonic has announced the launch of Eluga I that carries a price tag of Rs 9,999 and is available exclusively via e-commerce portal giant Flipkart. The latest offering arrives with a 5 inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels and a pixel density of 294 pixels per inch. Under its hood, the Panasonic offering is energized by a 1.3 GHz quad core processor that is assisted by 1 GB of RAM. Preinstalled with Android 4.4 KitKat, the Eluga I bundles 8 GB of native storage space that can be expanded externally using a micro SD card. There is an 8 MP rear snapper at its back with auto focus, LED flash and support for recording FHD 1080p video videos. Also, there is a 2 MP front facing selfie camera onboard. Other goodies of the Panasonic Eluga I smartphone include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, micro USB, 3G and dual SIM functionality. A 2,000 mAh battery powers the smartphone from within providing a moderate backup to it. The Eluga I comes with Smart Swipe function enabling users to perform different tasks easily by swiping their fingers.
