The XonPhone 5 is powered by a quad-core MTK 6582 chipset from MediaTek’s stable that houses a 1.3 GHZ Cortex A7 processor paired with 1 GB of RAM and Mali 400 MP graphics unit. Oplus has given the device a standard 5 inch display with a HD resolution of 1280×720 pixels resulting in a pixel density of 320 pixels per inch. The display uses IPS OGS technology that is claimed to deliver superior experience of playing games, video conferencing and browsing the net. For imaging, the handset is incorporates an 8 MP primary snapper with auto focus, LED flash, EIS and FHD 1080p video recording capabilities. Also onboard is a 2 MP front-facing snapper that keeps the users of XonPhone 5 going with the trend in capturing selfies and making video calls. The storage needs of the users are addressed by the amazing 16 GB of internal storage space that can be expanded further by another 32 GB with the help of a micro SD card. For most users, this 16 GB of storage should suffice in storing the multimedia content, ebooks, documents and applications on the XonPhone 5. The connectivity features onboard are Wi-Fi, 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi Hotspot and GPS for users to stay seamlessly connected on-the-go.
