India specific Invites to buy OnePlus One will be available on social media forums and forums like always, and users will perhaps have to participate in contests and other promotional stuff to win an Invite.
Apart from the invite system, OnePlus is also working with a local partner to device an easier way to get OnePlus to the masses. We were expecting OnePlus to start with the pre-order system which it recently introduced for other 16 markets it’s been active in. The pre-order system starts today (open for an hour) and everyone can buy without an Invite, but you can’t directly rout it to India.
