The OnePlus 7T sports a 6.55-inch FHD+ (2400×1080 pixels) Fluid AMOLED display with HDR 10+ support and 90Hz refresh rate. The display is also protected by 3D Gorilla Glass. It also sports an In-display fingerprint sensor.

The smartphone runs on the latest OxygenOS which is based on Android 10. Notably, it is the first commercially launched device with the latest Android version.
