This stable update OTA has a staged rollout and it will be received only by a limited number of users today. It will have a broader rollout in a few days after making sure there are no bugs. So, OnePlus 7 series users will have to wait for a few days more to get the update. Earlier: Google has released Android 10 stable update for Pixel and Essential smartphones earlier today. After Google Pixel and Essential phones, OnePlus has started rolling out Android 10 Open Beta for its OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro smartphones. The new Oxygen OS update for OnePlus 7 series updates the system to Android 10 and also brings many upgrades including new UI design, new customization feature in settings and more. To be noted, this is an Open Beta Update (OBT) and not the stable build, so there could be some known issues. OnePlus says that there are application compatibility system lag and stability issues in the OBT version.
