Nokia is back with the successor Nokia X2 and yes, it also sports a separate home key capacitive button as previously rumored. The design is mostly similar to Nokia X, but it adds a translucent layer on top which according to Nokia makes it shiny, similar to what we saw on refreshed Nokia Asha Series products like Nokia Asha 502 and 503.

The Nokia X2 features a 4.3 inch Display with a useable WVGA 800 X 480 pixel resolution amounting to 217 pixels per inches. The LCD Display flaunts Nokia ClearBlack technology for enhanced outdoor visibility. Processor used is 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 200 Dual Core backed by 1 GB RAM. Internal storage is 4GB and can be further extended to 32 GB using MicroSD support. The imaging hardware is where it beats Moto E hands down. Nokia has provided a 5 MP auto focus rear camera with LED flash support and also a front camera for video calling.

The Dual SIM Nokia X2 comes preloaded with Nokia Here Maps and Mix Radio. You will also get Skype, Outlook.com and OneDrive with 15GB storage available right out of the box. Of course since the operating system is based on Android AOSP, you can sideload most Android apps. Microsoft is also offering 1 month free calling on skype anywhere in the world with Nokia X2.  The battery capacity is 1800 mAh which will offer you 4 hours of cellular network browsing time. Nokia X2 brings with it better hardware to compete with its rivals but will it be enough to offset lack of Google Services? Nokia x will be available in glossy green, orange and black at 99 Euros (Aprox 8100) INR. It will be available in selected countries immediately.
