Nokia’s parent company HMD had launched five devices at the MWC 2018 held in Barcelona. Among all the five phones, Nokia 7 Plus was the most popular for its build quality and specifications. The phone looks great with the new 18:9 aspect ratio and thin bezels. Moreover, it is an Android One device which makes it even better.
Nokia 7 Plus Expected Price in India
The base variant of the Nokia 7 Plus is priced at CNY 2,300 in China which is about Rs. 23,500 in India. Considering the company’s aggressive pricing for the Nokia 8, the 7 Plus is expected to be at the same price point. At this price, it will compete against Moto X4 which starts at Rs. 19,999. However, the Nokia 7 Plus possesses a better chipset and Android One program which makes it a good option.
Nokia 7 Plus Specifications
The device sports a 6-inch display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor clocked at 2.2 GHz. It is coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage which is expandable via microSD card.
In the camera department, the device sports a dual rear camera setup powered by Zeiss optics. There is a primary 12MP wide-angle camera with f/1.75 aperture, coupled with a 13MP telephoto lens with a f/2.6 aperture. The telephoto lens allows for bokeh shots. Up front, there is a 16MP fixed focus camera with a f/2.0 aperture, 1-micron pixels, and Zeiss optics. The Nokia 7 Plus looks like a great option if Nokia decides to price the latest smartphones in India similar to its Chinese pricing, however, nothing is certain as of now. HMD Global has not even confirmed when the device will be launched in India.
