HMD Global has also rolled out an update for two more smartphones, bringing Android 8.1 Oreo to the Nokia 6 (2018) and Nokia 7 Plus.
The three smartphones getting the update got released recently and HMD Global has already announced an update for these smartphones. The Nokia 6 (2018) and Nokia 7 Plus update brings battery saving navigation buttons, some new settings menu and the security patch has been updated to April. The Nokia 6 (2018) was launched as the New Nokia 6 in India.

The device was launched with Android 7.0 Nougat running out of the box with stock Android experience. The smartphone was launched at a price of Rs. 9,499 with offline availability. HMD Global has said that all of its smartphones will get the Android O and Android P version update. The Nokia 6 (2018) and Nokia 7 Plus got released under the Google’s Android One campaign which automatically confirms at least two version updates but the company hasn’t confirmed any time for these updates to get delivered.
