Conclusion

Motorola claimed that the Moto G5 Plus comes with the best-in-class camera. We compared the Moto G5 Plus’ camera with that of the Redmi Note 4’s, and found the Moto G5 Plus to be better. However, coming to the Honor 6X, the G5 Plus had a tough battle ahead of itself. At least on paper. The Honor 6X has the added advantage of a dual camera setup, allowing more details to be captured. However, in practise, we found out the Moto G5 Plus to be much better on most occasions. The photos clicked with the G5 Plus were brighter and had more details and less noise, especially in challenging lighting conditions. The Honor 6X was better in a couple of instances. Overall, though, the Moto G5 Plus is the clear winner.
