LG is reportedly using WebOS or a customized Android for software. It would be impressive if LG has managed to pump new life in three year old WebOS. The whole idea is to make it fully functional independent of smartphone, for situations where you can’t carry your phone with you. The obvious competitor is LG Gear S, which comes with similar connectivity options and is based on a similar concept.
