Coming back to the phone, the S750 is said to pack a quad core processor (yes, you guessed it right, it is the MT6589), a 4.5 inch screen with a qHD resolution of 960×540 pixels, PowerVR SGX544 GPU on board, 1GB of RAM and 4GB internal memory which would be expandable to 32GB via a microSD card. On the imaging front, the phone is said to carry an 8MP rear shooter enabled with autofocus, and a rather modest 0.3MP front unit for video calls. The phone will carry an average sized battery of 2000mAh, and will come with Android v4.2 preinstalled.

Although the phone has nothing new to offer on the specs sheet, what manages to catch our attention is the IP67 certification. This means that the phone will be much more robust when compared with other smartphones in it’s range. The device would be strong enough to survive through drops (up to 4 feet), 30min in water, and would also have a dust proof body. There is no word on the pricing of this device yet, but we hope to see this device being priced in the 15-17k INR range which would indeed make it stand out from the crowd.
