Titanium Wind W4 is powered by 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon quad core processor coupled with 512 MB RAM and 4 GB internal storage. Storage can be expanded using MicroSD card support. The hardware seems good enough to smoothly support latest Windows Phone 8.1 OS. The dual SIM smartphone also has a 5 MP AF rear camera with LED flash support for low light photography. A VGA camera is present on the front side for basic video calling.
