The Intex Aqua Power II offers a 5 inch IPD LCD display showcasing its visuals in HD resolution of 1280 * 720 pixels. Powered by a Quad Core Spreadtrum SC7731 processor clocked at 1.3 GHz, assisted by 1 GB of RAM. It sports a 5 Megapixel rear auto-focus camera and a 2 Megapixel front camera. You can also use the Cast Screen feature to mirror your mobile screen onto a TV and there’s the Air Shuffle, it allows you to operate the phone with simple hand gestures without having to touch the screen!
It bears 8 GB of built-in storage that is expandable via microSD card (32GB). The connectivity options include 3G (HSPA+), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB 2.0, GPS/ A-GPS, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The phone has an accelerometer, gyroscope, ambient light sensor and proximity sensor, in addition to coming with several preloaded apps. It will be available in Black, Champagne and White colours and will retail at INR 6,490, which includes a cover and screen guard as well. Details on its availability will be confirmed soon. Measuring 146 x 74 x 10.3 mm, the Aqua Power II weighs just 152 grams, which is not much with a hefty 4000 mAh battery packed in it. The handset is rated to deliver up to 500 hours of standby time and up to 15 hours of talk time. The new Intex Aqua Power II smartphone will go head-to-head with the new Micromax Canvas Juice 3 and the Karbonn Aura 9, which also features a 4000 mAh battery capacity.
