How Instagram Threads Works?
You can use Threads to message those people who are on your Instagram close friends list. You will have a dedicated inbox and notifications just for your close friends. And if you don’t have a close friend list on Instagram, you can make one directly from the Threads app.
As per the company, it will be the fastest way to send a photo or video to your close friends on Instagram. When you open the app, it directly opens to the camera and lets you add shortcuts and you can share anything in just two taps. You can also choose from a suggested status that will automatically be shared without giving away your coordinates. Also, only your close friends will be able to see your status. So you will have full control over with whom you want to share it. It also offers a dedicated place for your favorite conversations. Messages from your close friends will appear in both Threads and Direct on Instagram. Threads is rolling out globally starting from today and you can download it from Play Store or App Store.
