Honor Holly comes with a 5 inch LTPS Display with 1280 X 720P HD resolution. In our initial time with the device, we liked the display colors and viewing angles. The processor is 1.3 GHz quad core unit (details unspecified) backed by 1 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage (Approx 13 GB available to users) which is impressive in this price range. A microSD card slot is also present for further expansion. The dual SIM smartphone is fueled by Android KitKat layered by Huawei’s custom Emotion UI. The OS is upgradeable. Imaging hardware includes an 8 MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2 MP front camera. The rear camera sensor has been sourced from Samsung and allows you record 1080p videos. The battery capacity is 2000 mAh and how heavily the HD resolution and quad core chipset will tax it remains to be seen. Huawei promises 24 hours with moderate usage and 48 hours on light usage. Other features include 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and GPS. The new wave of Huawei Honor devices do mean business as is evident from the aggressive pricing. Huawei has learnt its lesson and is following the right approach for success in Indian market. Watch the Huawei Honor Holly Hands on Video below for more details.
