How to Use PushBullet to Answer WhatsApp, Hangouts, Facebook Messenger, Telegram and LINE messages from PC:
Step 1: Download and Install the Pushbullet App on your Android phone and Sign in (You can use Google or Facebook sign in) Step 2: Grant Pushbullet notification access when the app prompts you to.
Step 3: Install Pushbullet chrome extension from Chrome store or download Windows or Mac Desktop App.
Step 3: Whenever you receive a message, notification will be mirrored on your PC, you will see a reply button bellow the message. Step 4: Click and Reply from dialogue box opened in your PC To reply to hangouts messages, you will have to simply download Android Wear App on your phone (no need for a watch, just the app). But if you regularly use Hangouts, you can always use the hangouts chrome extension for your PC. You will require Android 4.4 KitKat or later version of Android on your phone for this. We noticed that Windows client failed to open lengthy messages and the chrome app was automatically translating messages in Hindi script to English.

Pushbullet recently also added universal copy and paste support via chrome extension, which allows you to copy texts and links from chrome browser and paste that anywhere on your smartphone. On the whole, we do like all these new changes and find them useful.
