First, all you need to do is go to the iMac section of the Apple online store and click on the Buy button on the new iMac 27 inches model. You will see tree options to choose from in the nest page. You can choose the base system with the base processor, once you chose it, you can click on Select to get to the final customization page.
The final customization page is a long page with a bunch of different options to choose from. If you are getting confused about which options to choose from then here is a little guide to tell you which option is good for you.
iMac Customization in India
Display
You get display as the very first option, you can choose the stock one or you can go for the Nano-texture glass option. The only difference between these two is that you get a matte texture rather than a smooth glass texture to remove reflection on your display if you sit in a light heavy environment.
Processor
Then you need to choose the processor which gives you an option to go with the stock Core i7 10th gen processor or the brand new Core i9 10th gen processor. The Core i7 is an 8 core processor where the Core i9 is a 10 core processor. Both come with a boost clock of upto 5.0Ghz.
Memory
Now to choose the additional memory, because the iMax is not a modular PC, you cannot increase the memory yourself. You can choose upto 128GB of memory if you work on 4K raw footage all the time.
Graphics
Now for the graphics, the stock option is the Radeon Pro 5500 XT with 6GB of GDDR6 memory. The other two options include the Radeon Pro 5700 with 8GB memory and the other one is the Radeon Pro 5700 XT with 16GB memory.
Storage
We already opt for the 512GB version for out iMac but if you want additional storage, you can get that too. The iMac can be configured with upto 8TB of SSD storage which is enough for you if you edit 4K videos regularly.
Ethernet
The iMac comes with a Gigabit Ethernet port for the stock package. But if you want that low ping connection on your system, you can get that too. You can choose the 10 Gigabit Ethernet option to get the best out of your internet connection.
Mouse or Trackpad
You get the Magic Mouse 2 in-box with the new iMac but if you want to trade the Magic Trackpad 2 then you can add it for an extra Rs. 5000. If you want them both, there is an option for that too for another Rs. 11,900.
Pre-Installed Software
The last option you get is the option to get your iMac preinstalled with the latest software. You can choose to get the Final Cut Pro X or Logic Pro X or both at an additional cost.
Wrapping up
Now, all that left is to go to the cart and checkout using the desired payment method. You can also pay via easy installments which you can choose during checkout. For more guides like this, you can follow us on social media platforms.
