Gionee S6s has a metallic back cover with plastic on the top and bottom edge. It has a 5.5-inch IPS display with a screen resolution of 1080×1920 pixels (Full HD) and 2.5D Curved Glass on the top. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz octa-core processor with MediaTek MT6753 chipset. It has 3 GB RAM and 32 GB of internal storage which is expandable upto 128 GB with a microSD card through a hybrid card slot. Operating system is Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Amigo 3.2 on the top.
Talking about the camera, it is equipped with a 13 MP primary camera with Sony IMX258 sensor, LED flash, autofocus and f/2.0 aperture.
