Chinese handset vendor Gionee is definitely on a launch spree as the vendor appears to be prepping yet another smartphone called Pionee P4. The model has appeared on the official website of Gionee without any clear picture on its pricing.
Spotted by Gogi, the dual SIM Pioneer P4 seems to come with updated features and specifications including a 4.5 inch display boasting FWVGA resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. Also on board is a MediaTek MT6582 chipset housing a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor supplemented with 1 GB of RAM. Running on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, storage needs are claimed to be handled by 8 GB of internal storage capacity that can be expanded externally up to 32 GB with the help of a micro SD card. The imaging segment includes a 5 MP auto focus primary camera with LED flash accompanied with a 2 MP front-facer for video calling. It appears like this camera has 4x digital zoom and features such as image editor and other usual traits. Listed to arrive in Black and White color variants, the Gionee Pioneer P4 will come fitted with a 1,800 mAh that is claimed to deliver 11 hours of talk time and 386 hours of standby time. Connectivity will be handled by 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS with aGPS and Bluetooth. Though there is no word on when the handset will go official, but we hope it will come soon with reasonable pricing.
