The smartphone will be featuring a 5.0-inch IPS multi-touch display with 1280 X 720 pixels resolution. Powering the phone will be 1.25GHz quad-core processor coupled with 3GB RAM. The internal storage will be 16GB which can be upgraded up to 128GB using microSD. The smartphone will run on Android 7.0 Nougat OS out of the box.

Camera duties include 5MP selfie shooter and an 8MP primary camera with LED flash and 1080p video recording capabilities. The list of sensors include Proximity, Light and Gravity along with connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. The upcoming Gionee F109 will be available in Black color only and other color options might be introduced at a later stage depending on the demand. For now, the Gionee F109 will be launched in the Chinese market and later, it might enter the Indian market. Though, the expected launch is not revealed by the manufacturer but, it is expected that the company will soon finish the ground work and will come up with the mid-range smartphone by Q3 of 2017. As it is not official, therefore, let’s see when we are able to see the next offering of Gionee in the market.
