According to a report by Gizbot, Celkon will be launching a new Android KitKat based smartphone in the market in the next 20 days and the device is dubbed Celkon Vogue Q455. The report suggests that the device has been spotted at the Indian Gadget Expo 2014 held in Hyderabad. It sheds some light into the company’s plans of releasing over 15 smartphones with the KitKat platform in the country. The report also reveals some of the possible specifications and as mentioned by the manufacturer. Going by this, the Celkon Vogue Q455 will be housing a 4.5 inch qHD IPS display that is based on OGS technology and feature an impressive 16 GB of internal storage space. The device is claimed to be powered by 1.3 GHz quad-core processor paired with 1 GB of RAM. Also, for imaging the Celkon offering will arrive with an 8 MP primary camera teamed up with a 5 MP front-facing snapper for quality video calling and for clicking gorgeous selfies. It is also said to be fueled by Android 4.4 KitKat OS and arrive with 3G connectivity. From these specifications, it is clear that the Celkon Vogue Q455 will be a direct competitor to the Moto E and hence, it clear that the device will be priced in the sub Rs 8,000 price range.
