Firstly, the Asus Zenfone 5 LTE A500KL is quite reminiscent to its non-LTE variant in terms of design and the online difference lies in the processor. The LTE model uses a 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 SoC and retains the same 5 inch IPS HD 720 pixel display with Corning Glass 3, 2 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 64 GB. Also, there is an 8 MP primary camera, 2 MP front-facing unit and Android 4.4 KitKat operating system.

On the other hand, the Zenfone 4 has been launched with a larger display and a better camera set as compared to the earlier model. Going by specs, the handset flaunts a 4.5 inch IPS display with 480×854 pixel resolution and is equipped with a 1.2 GHz Intel Atom processor. Furthermore, the device features an 8 MP primary camera and a VGA front-facer and is fueled Android 4.4 KitKat operating system. Interestingly, the Zenfone 4 comes with free 5 GB of WebStorage cloud storage support. In addition to these smartphones, Asus has also unwrapped a slew of Android tablets at the Computex. The newly launched devices include the new FonePad 7 and FonePad 8 with 3G and dual SIM for voice calling compatibility. These tablets running on Android 4.4 KitKat are stuffed with 64 bit Intel Atom Z3560 quad-core processor clocked at 1.8 GHz and flaunt HD IPS display panels.

The FonePad 8 (FE380CG) comes with an 8 inch display and come with 5 MP primary camera with FHD 1080p video recording and 2 MP front-facing snapper. Also, there is 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB or 16 GB of onboard storage that can be expanded. Under its hood is a 15 Wh battery that can deliver a backup of up to 9 hours. The FonePad 7 (FE375CG) boasts of a 7 inch display and boasts similar specs. The only difference is that this tablet is capable of pumping in a backup of 10 hours. All these devices run on Android KitKat and are topped with the Zen UI that features an all new intuitive user interface, software enhancements and new visual design along with features such as What’s Next and Do It Later.
