Add a Comment while Retweeting a Tweet
First of All, update your Twitter Application and then open it. Now, whenever you come across any tweet on which you would like to mark a comment and show it to your followers then tap the Retweet button. You will be navigated to a different screen where you will be able to add a certain comment, as specified in the screen below.
That’s it!! Once you complete your comment you will be able to retweet it and other will be able to see your tweet as mentioned in the screenshot below.
