Firstly, the Acer Chromebook C910 boasts of a 15.6 inch full HD display with a resolution of 1366×768 pixels and it is equipped with a fifth generation Intel Core i3-5005U processor or Intel Celeron 3205U processor paired with 4 GB of RAM. Also, the device is available in two variants based on internal storage capacity – 16 GB and 32 GB respectively. Next on the list is Acer Chromebook C740 with an 11.6 inch HD display and Intel Core i3-5005U processor or Intel Celeron 3205U processor. This model of Chromebook features 16 GB native storage space and will come in two variants depending on its RAM capacity – 2 GB and 4 GB respectively. The new Acer Chromebooks that are aimed to the students will be made available for sale in the US market starting from February 2015. As of now, there is no information on when these Chromebooks will be made available in the global markets. Acer has priced the Chromebook C910 starting from $299.99 (approx. Rs 18,500) and the Chromebook C740 from $259.99 (approx. Rs 16,000) respectively.
